Katherine was introduced to Market Force in 2004 when she was brought into Colliers International to help build the company’s corporate university. According to Katherine, “Market Force was one of only a handful of training programs that had started to take hold in the company, and had really sown the seeds of understanding about what learning could do for the organization.”

Market Force is so applicable in just about any professional or personal situation – in sales, leadership, teaming, family relations, and social circles. It’s this wide-ranging practicality that makes it my go-to tool box again and again.
Favorite Market Force Story?
I have dozens of them! I think one of the most gratifying was when we adapted the material for our support teams (receptionists, admins, marketers, etc.). I could see the light bulbs go on for them about why their salespeople behave in certain ways, and how to communicate and work together in a way that was more enjoyable and that made them more strategic members of the team.
Favorite Market Force Tool?
I have two favorites: The Team Development Model and the Work Flow Model. I like to get things done, and more than any others, these two have accelerated my ability set the stage for accomplishment and generate results.
