Jason’s Story

Introduced to Market Force in 2009, Jason was immediately drawn to the simplicity of the frameworks and the ease by which he could use them, both in a business development context and a leadership context. Since being introduced to the material, Jason has become one of the best ambassadors for Market Force and has mastered every element of the technology.

Why Market Force?

The Market Force tools have been the most effective way I have found to unify a group toward a focused intention. People generally find the tools fun and engaging and they are easy to adopt and use after the initial introduction.

Favorite Market Force Story?

One of the most profound experiences for me was when I was challenged to actually be a leader. I formed my career of nearly 20 years at the time as a subject matter expert with national and state certifications. When I became a leader of a region, I was confronted with the fact that though I was an expert in my chosen field, I now needed to become an expert in leadership. The Market Force tools were pivotal for me making that transition from subject matter expert within my field to a leader of a platform.

Favorite Market Force Tool?

The Transaction Model is my favorite tool. All of the other tools fit within that model and the concept of continual refinement is so important from a leadership standpoint. Always refining, looking for the next most powerful move.
