I am pure Influence. When I first started I didn’t realize that a way to really get my style into high gear was to tell me I probably couldn’t do something. Game on! I didn’t know that until later on in my coaching but it is so true.
Favorite Market Force Tool?
Personally, I love the Styles framework – it is wonderful to be able to see where others are coming from and address their primary concerns. As an Influence, I love to build relationships and understanding Styles has only enhanced my ability to do so.
