The framework demonstrated the way in which people’s perspectives and Styles shaped the way they perceive and react to any pressure-filled situation. Understanding this I am able to ensure that the communication methods me and my team use are effective and targeted to the audience.

The Styles framework is a standout for me. Applying it gives me a perspective on how people will see a situation and ensure that I’m delivering them the information and facts that are meaningful to them. We also use the tool as part of our recruitment process, it gives us perspective on an individual’s strengths and weaknesses, and helps us to match the right person to a particular role.
